The Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA) has announced new fares for Daladala and up-country buses.

LATRA has announced that the Daladala routes formerly charged 400/- will now be 500/-, those of 450 will be 550/-, and the implementation starts immediately on May 14, 2022.

Regular class buses will now be charged 41 TZS from 36 TZS per kilometre for the upcountry buses, an equivalent increase of 11%.

Middle-class buses will now be charged 56.88 TZS from 53 TZS per kilometre for the up-country journeys, an equivalent increase of 6%.
