Tanzanian citizens in Israel and Iran confirmed safe amid ongoing conflict

The Tanzanian government has confirmed that all its citizens living in either Iran or Israel are safe, with no reported deaths or injuries amid the ongoing conflict between the two countries.

Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation Minister, Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, made the announcement on Thursday, assuring the public that the government is actively monitoring the situation.

He added that swift measures are being taken to facilitate the safe return of any Tanzanians who may wish to leave the affected areas.
