Mozambique’s President Filipe Nyusi has caused shock waves within his government after sacking six ministers. The top ministers sacked by President Nyusi are; Minister Adriano Afonso Maleiane, the country’s finance minister, Ernesto Max Elias Tonela, Mozambique’s Mineral Resources and Energy minister. However, the President’s statement did not disclose the reason behind the purge.
