Mwanaisha Mndeme to Contest Kigamboni MP Seat, Vows to Tackle Infrastructure Woes

Shadow Minister for Industry and Trade from the ACT-Wazalendo party, Advocate Mwanaisha Zuberi Mndeme, has officially declared her candidacy for the Kigamboni parliamentary seat in the upcoming General Election set for October.

Speaking at a press conference in Dar es Salaam after collecting nomination forms, Advocate Mndeme affirmed her commitment to representing the people of Kigamboni if elected. She pledged to be a strong voice in Parliament, focused on addressing the real challenges facing the constituency.

Mndeme emphasized that one of the area’s most pressing issues is poor infrastructure. She specifically mentioned Pemba Mnazi and Kisarwe II wards, where the absence of roads has burdened residents with high transport costs and limited mobility.
