Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office (Policy, Parliament, Coordination and Persons with Disabilities), Palamagamba Kabudi, has thanked President Samia Suluhu Hassan for giving all political parties equal opportunities to meet with her, engage in discussions and share their views.

Kabudi said the move demonstrates the President’s willingness to listen to the views of various political parties and provide equal opportunities for political leaders.

He also said multiparty democracy should not be viewed as a source of hostility, conflict, animosity or threats.

Kabudi said the system should instead provide an opportunity for Tanzanians with different views, ideas and opinions to come together and discuss the future of their country.
